Getting Around

Getting around the hotel property is fun, free, and effortless for guests. Hop aboard one of the complimentary shuttle buses or water taxis for seamless travel. Public buses and ride-share services are also conveniently available for your transportation needs.
- Water Taxis: Free boats run continuously from the resort's private dock directly to the Universal CityWalk lagoon every 10 to 15 minutes
- Shuttle Buses: Complimentary resort buses transport guests from the front entrance to Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay, and Epic Universe.
- Public Bus: The local LYNX bus network is accessible nearby along Universal Boulevard for travel into downtown Orlando.
