When talking to MSPs, we often hear them rave enthusiastically about their business. “There’s never been a better time to be an MSP,” is a common theme from MSP owners.
As we explored in our first 2026 MSP 501 list detailing Nos. 401-501, 2025 was a year of impressive growth. There is also great optimism for this year. Of the list below of MSPs Nos. 391-400, all but a handful forecast growth in 2026 – many expect to grow revenue in double digits.
Adam Pedder, managing director of No. 308 TechWyse, said he expects his U.K.-based MSP to not only grow this year but to scale the right way.
“The outlook for 2026 is positive, but it’s not about chasing growth for the sake of it,” Pedder said. “It’s about doing the right work, for the right clients, and doing it properly.”
Pedder said TechWyse is investing in cybersecurity, AI readiness, and strategic guidance. The goal is to give customers clarity, not just tech tools. They want to know what they should be doing, what good looks like, and probably most importantly, what can wait for now,” he said.
Growth has its challenges, though, which is why Pedder emphasizes scaling wisely.
“Scaling well is probably the biggest challenge for us internally,” he said. “As you grow, you can’t have every decision running through a small leadership group. You need systems, documentation, and a strong management layer - so we are working on training plans, increasing personal development time, and working on a strong documentation culture.”
Jayme Branson, president of No. 340 Granite Tech, also has high expectations for 2026.
“Our outlook is strong,” Branson said. “There’s a lot of change happening, but MSPs that stay close to their clients and focus on outcomes instead of tools are in a great position. The biggest opportunity is helping clients navigate complexity—especially around AI, security, and business continuity.”
Branson said Granite’s 2026 focus points include keeping up with AI without buying into the hype, continued investment in talent and training and meeting rising client expectations.
“Businesses expect more—faster response, broader services, deeper expertise. That raises the bar, which is a good thing, but it requires discipline,” he said. “The other challenge is adapting to change, particularly around AI. It will affect how we deliver services, how we price them in the future, and what our clients expect from us. So we have to stay ahead of that without losing focus on our core support and security function.”
