Microsoft Teams has become almost ubiquitous in the industry as a unified communications (UC) tool. But Alessandro Podda, product marketing manager for Teams at Microsoft, says there's room for growth in this competitive space. For instance, there are a ton of small and medium businesses that could still benefit from moving to UC.
