Summit Holdings Strikes MSPaaS Alliance With Kaseya

Summit Holdings is lining up go-to-market partners for its MSP-as-a-service (MSPaaS), beginning with Kaseya.

Summit Holdings launched MSPaaS in March as a way for companies to quickly enter the MSP space. At Kaseya Connect this week, the MSP platform vendor agreed to make its portfolio available and supported through the MSP-as-a-Service model. Kaseya sells remote monitoring and management (RMM), professional services automation (PSA), security, backup, documentation and other management services.

Summit Holdings built MSPaaS after acquiring NOCDOC. The platform incorporates NOCDOC’s 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), and Service Desk services.

The Kaseya partnership gives MSPs using the MSPaaS platform access to Kaseya’s technology portfolio with the specialized backend operational support of NOCDOC’s U.S.-based teams. This backend support includes hands-on implementation expertise, day-to-day service delivery, and expert technical support—allowing MSPs to scale without adding internal overhead.

“As an operations-first model, MSPaaS brings access to talent and changes how services are consistently delivered and consumed at scale,” Summit Holdings’ CEO Juan Fernandez said. “RMM and PSA are at the origins of where that execution happens. Bringing Kaseya into the MSPaaS platform ensures our MSPs benefit from a standardized and scalable service and support delivery environment.”

MSPs using Summit Holdings’ MSPaaS now have authorized access to Kaseya’s technology platform; simplified procurement through one strategic operating partner; onboarding, deployment, and optimization services; and white-labeled support for select Kaseya solutions.

Fernandez said the partnership will give MSPs faster time to revenue and improved margins by bundling technologies.

“Today’s modern MSPs are focused on business outcomes,” he said. “This strategic alliance with Kaseya brings together world-class technology and world-class operational execution. Together, we’re helping MSPs eliminate friction, accelerate growth, and win faster.”

“We are excited to expand our go-to-market sales, service and support strategy alongside Summit Holdings, MSP-as-a-service and NOCDOC,” Kaseya’s SVP of account management Luis Quintas said. “Their focus on scalable service and support delivery, operational efficiency, and maximizing technology value closely aligns with our mission to empower MSPs with the solutions and support they need to grow.”

Fernandez said Summit Holdings will have more MSPaaS alliances to announce soon.
