We understand in the life of an MSP, stuff happens. There are disasters to recover from, hackers to thwart, clients to woo, new technologies to scope out, and vendor partner programs to make sense of. And these things happen even when the deadline approaches for filling out the MSP 501 application.
So we’ve heard from enough MSPs asking for a little more time that we’ve decided to extend the MSP 501 deadline to May 15. We’ve also heard from many who have already started or who hustled to finish by the original deadline, and we appreciate it. And we mean what we say when we tell you we’ve made the application easier than ever to complete.
“The simplified application is much appreciated,” said Eric Madden, president of Astute Technology, which ranked No. 370 last year.
MSPs – some who’ve applied and others who are working on it – have also told us in recent days how important the award is and how excited they are to find out where they stand in 2025.
“We are excited to participate again this year,” said Erik Haas, VP of business development for DesignData (No. 72 last year.) “We have had an incredible year of growth driven by the deployment of innovative new solutions and ever-increasing customer service value. We are eager to see how this impacts our movement on the list.”
“We look forward to continuing to be involved in the 501,” said Matthew Franzyshen, business development manager for Ascendent Technology Group – ranked 25th in 2024.
“The award and status are very important to us as we were 9th in the UK last year,” said Solsoft CEO Neil Farnworth, whose MSP ranked No. 175 overall.
“We most certainly are applying and are proud to do so,” said Sam Ruggeri, VP of strategic partnerships for LincolnIT (No. 284 last year.). “The MSP501 means a lot to us.
One member of the 2024 MSP 501, Ahmed Mahmood, CEO of Ocean Solutions (No. 247) said he feels secure enough in his company’s performance that has prompted other MSPs to apply.
“I’ve been speaking to MSPs and encouraging them to apply to the MSP 501,” Mahmood said. “It’s a great experience. I got some people interested. I just hope they don’t take my spot.”
Make sure to take your spot. Go here to apply before the new May 15 deadline.
