New CEO, New Priorities: How Kaseya is Changing

Kaseya SVP Greg Jones told Channel Dive about changes the MSP vendor made since Rania Succar replaced Fred Voccola as CEO last June. Jones said Kaseya places a greater emphasis on transparency, partner enablement and research and development, alongside structural changes aimed at reducing friction for managed service providers. Anthropic Raises $30B, Vows to Pay Data Center Energy Bill

Claude AI developer Anthropic raised $30 billion in its latest round of funding, more than doubling its valuation to $380 billion as its rivalry with other AI leaders continues to heat up. GIC and Coatue led the Series G funding round that other private- and public-market investors. The funding round marks the second-largest ever private tech fundraising effort, behind rival OpenAI’s $41 billion round in March. The distributor is integrating the communications sales teams of its reseller-focused Specialty segment and agency-focused Intelisys segment. Helping MSPs Understand the Revenue Multiplier Gap

OpenText MVP of SMB business development Mike DePalma writes that MSPs focused on selling products earn roughly $0.37 for every dollar of OpenText solutions their clients buy. Partners who position themselves as business advisors earn $6.73 from that same dollar. Citrix Gives Arrow Broader Channel Management Responsibilities

Citrix is expanding its relationship with Arrow Electronics by entrusting the distributor with the management of relationships with a chunk of the vendor’s channel base.
