DXC Unleashes Xponential for Rapid AI Implementation

Service provider DXC Technology today launched Xponential, an AI orchestration framework for companies that are either just beginning to form their AI strategy or struggling with one.

Xponential provides a structured, repeatable blueprint for orchestrating AI. It embeds governance and helps organizations scale AI projects quickly.

Xponential is the foundation for all DXC AI solutions, and several global enterprises are already using it. Its agents provide observability and compliance from the beginning for visibility into how AI operates and whether it is being used ethically. It includes DXC proprietary and partner tools that can expand and improve as AI projects scale.

DXC positions Xponential as a way to optimize workflows to work with humans rather than replace them and can be implemented on a small scale and built out rapidly.

“Business leaders are eager to capture the promise of AI, but too often they get stuck in pilots or struggle to scale,” DXC CEO Raul Fernandez said. “Xponential provides a blueprint that combines human expertise with AI, embeds governance and security from day one, and continuously evolves as AI matures --helping enterprises move from vision to value with speed and confidence.”

Angela Daniels, DXC’s CTO (Americas) for Consulting and Engineering Services, wrote in her blog that organizations can use Xponential to avoid starting their AI projects from scratch.

“DXC combines purpose-built innovations with partner solutions to provide ready-to-use tools, saving teams time and effort so they can focus on progress instead of building everything from the ground up,” she wrote. “This flexibility matters as AI continues to rapidly evolve. Rather than being locked into a single technology stack, organizations working with DXC can tap into a growing set of established tools that adapt as their needs change.”

DXC points to case studies of enterprises using Xponential. They include multi-industry company Textron that has cut service tickets by 20% for its 32,000 employees. The European Space Agency (ESA) is implementing an ASK ESA AI-powered platform across the agency. Singapore General Hospital’s doctors use it to improve antibiotic decisions and help reduce unnecessary antibiotic usage, a key driver of antimicrobial resistance. Global infrastructure company Ferrovial used it to develop AI Workbench, incorporating more than 30 AI agents to make real-time decisions to improve operations for more than 25,500 employees.

“Xponential is already making a difference for DXC's partners around the world, including in highly regulated industries like healthcare, defense, and mission critical infrastructure services,” Daniels wrote on her blog.
