ConnectWise Gets Real
“Trust” was a key word at ConnectWise’s IT Nation conference earlier this month, according to Channelholic’s Rich Freeman. ConnectWise CEO Manny Rivelo said if you give MSPs good products and support, their trust is yours, along with a healthy share of their wallet. “If you let them down for a period of time, you have to earn that trust back,” Rivelo added. And within a few quick months of stepping into his current job just over a year ago, Rivelo knew based on conversations with unhappy partners that ConnectWise had let a lot of people down. October 2025 Attacks Soar 30% as New Groups Redefine the Cyber Battlefield
Ransomware attacks soared to the second-highest total on record in October 2025, according to cybersecurity vendor Cyble. October’s 623 ransomware attacks were up more than 30% from September, and below only February 2025’s record totals. It was the sixth consecutive monthly increase in ransomware attacks.
