Day 1 of the 2025 MSP Summit features two workshops and a peer session, all designed to enhance MSPs’ business value.

Not surprisingly, it opens with AI. Len DiCostanzo of MSP Toolkit hosts Club 501 Workshop: Build, Monetize and Scale Your AI Practice. He’ll be joined by an all-star cast of Chance Weaver of Pax8, Pam Diaz of Entera (an Abacus Group company), Terry Hedden of Marketopia and Jared Brantley of Raven Automation. It is part of the new Club 501 initiative designed for elite partners who applied for or qualified for the 2025 MSP 501 list. The workshop will focus on five ways any MSP, business, or technology service provider can immediately bolster their AI practice.

The other workshop today features Paul Daigle of BizAdvisoryBoard who will tell you: What's Your MSP Worth—in 15 Seconds—and What's Next to Accelerate Growth. Daigle will walk MSPs through a live evaluation of the proprietary MSP Business Evaluator and Accelerator, an executive-level tool that enables MSPs to baseline their business. The tool will give attendees an understanding of their business's monetary value and identify the most straightforward path to scale the business. Daigle will conduct a real-time demo, followed by access to free downloadable reports (via QR codes) that include valuation summaries, peer benchmarks, and roadmap examples.

The other session today is a peer group hosted by Steve Alexander of MSP-Ignite. From Survival to Scale: Building Sustainable MSP Growth Through Peer Intelligence is one of three peer group sessions Alexander will hold at this year’s MSP Summit. This is an intensive three-hour collaborative workshop, helping MSP leaders move beyond surface-level networking to engage in transformative peer-driven problem-solving. It will include raw, unfiltered leadership conversations, active problem-solving labs and lasting peer connections.
