Who can access the conference sessions at MSP Summit?
Keynote sessions will be open to all attendees and all pass types. Conference Sessions, Workshops, and Peer Groups are open only to those with a Summit Pass. Find all pass options and pricing here.
Which companies will be exhibiting at MSP Summit 2025?
MSP Summit will bring together a wide variety of technology companies with outstanding partner programs, all in one independent, vendor-neutral setting. From well-established players like Kaseya and ConnectWise, to companies that have never exhibited with us before, like Absolute Security and Syncro, your next big offering is waiting here.
How much time is set aside for networking?
Networking opportunities are everywhere at MSP Summit, from the packed expo hall floor, open 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, to our tropically curated networking parties on Monday afternoon and Tuesday evening.
Does MSP Summit have a mobile app?
The official mobile app for the event is available to download on both Apple and Android devices. Simply search "Informa Connect Tech Events" in the app store or visit this page. This will allow you to access important show information, build your schedule, connect with fellow attendees and more. Your login will be the email address you registered with. How do I make hotel reservations?
Book your stay at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando through our exclusive room block! Visit the Plan Your Visit page to book your room through our official housing provider.
Please complete the requests section when submitting your housing form with our official housing provider to note any accessibility requests for your hotel room. Information about The Loews Royal Pacific Resort’s accessible hotel rooms can be found here.
Please Note: The official housing company for the event is Convention Housing Partners — the only company authorized to arrange hotel reservations for the event’s attendees and sponsors.
If you are contacted by any other company offering to make hotel reservations for you, we urge you not to book with them, as they are not affiliated with MSP Summit and therefore are not authorized to make reservations on the event’s behalf. While they may offer special rates, unauthorized third-party companies typically require non-refundable pre-paid reservations, charge cancellation and change fees, and move individuals to other hotels without notice.
Will food be available during the show?
Breakfast and lunch buffets will be available for Summit Pass holders. If you have any special dietary needs or restrictions, please email cpregistration@informa.com at least 4 weeks prior to the event and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Are meals included with my pass?
Meals are only inlcuded with the Summit Pass. If you would like meals included in your pass, please purchase a Summit Pass.

Can I park at the venue?
Yes, parking is available at Loews Royal Pacific Resort.

Can children attend the event/show floor?
No, attendees must be 18 years or older to attend any portion of MSP Summit or any other Channel Partners Events. Certain networking events may require attendees to be 21 years or older. Infants or strollers are NOT permitted.
Will you have accommodations for attendees with disabilities?
Americans with Disabilities Act: If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference and/or expo, please contact Bridget Hays at bridget.hays@informa.com least four weeks prior to the event date.

How do I register?

Do I need to qualify and present credentials to attend the show? If so, what credentials are required?
You may be asked to present a business card to show your role in the industry. Please be prepared to show a form of photo ID to pick up your Show Badge. Members of the press must provide credentials when registering to qualify for a press badge.
I did not receive a confirmation; am I registered?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our registration team at cpregistration@informa.com.
How will I receive my badge?
Your show badge will not be mailed to you. Keep an eye out for your QR code email which will be sent in the weeks right before the show and bring it with you to the show registration counter. If you have any questions, please contact our registration team at cpregistration@informa.com.
When can I pick up my badge once I arrive at the venue?

What are the move-in and move-out dates?
The Exhibitor Services Manual with all move-in and move-out hours and other information for exhibitors will be available soon. Please keep an eye on your email!
What is the Partner Appreciation Campaign (PAC)?
PAC provides you with custom marketing materials so you can invite your partners to join you in Orlando with a discounted rate! Your personal PAC promo code allows qualified partners to register with a $0 Expo + Keynote Pass or a $259 Summit Pass (all-access).* Using these provided tools, invite new partners to connect in person or catch up with your current network.
